This house was built at a very high level to capture breezes and local views. While doing this it was important to maintain the flow into the existing house. There was the added challenge of a heritage listed storm water pipe under the block. To build over this we had to put down screw piers under our post footings.

The extension included a new deck, parents retreat, master bedroom, walk-in robe and ensuite. A very succesful addition to a beautiful home.
