This character rendered low set brick home was simply too small for the large family living there. With careful consideration for the family’s budget we worked out a way for them to stay in the house while the renovations where done.

As there was no more room on the block for a big extension we decided to go up and built a new master bedroom with walk in robe, ensuite and a beautiful deck at the front with city views. The new level was connected to the existing house by a spacious internal stair and floor to ceiling void which also served as an entry to the extra downstairs bedroom extension.
