This project featured an architecturally designed extension by Owen and Vokes and Peters. The original house is a 120 year old Queenslander and the design highlighted the old and the new.

The job included the removal of existing kitchen, deck and sleep out plus a new modern kitchen with custom built cabinetry. A particulary successful feature are the exposed timber trusses which look beautiful and airy. Other elements included:

• A roof top terrace
• Pool landscaping
• New bathroom
• New bedroom
• New lounge and dining areas
• Refurbishment of the original fireplace and custom skylights
